Questions, answered.

The basics

What platforms does AuditRoger support?
Full audits for Google Ads and GA4, plus an Amazon PPC audit, in beta, that reads your Sponsored Products search term report. The Meta Ads audit opens as soon as Meta approves our app; TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads are on the roadmap.
How does the audit actually work?
Sign in with Google and pick an account (Meta Ads opens once Meta approves our app). AuditRoger reads your campaign, keyword, creative and conversion data, runs its checks, and builds a report with an action plan that ranks every fix by what it's worth.
Is the AI assistant included?
Roger AI is included on the Agency and Scale plans. It answers from your own audits and client reports, lists the audits it was given, and is told never to invent a number.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
No. AuditRoger is built for marketers and founders, not engineers. Connecting is a Google sign-in, and every issue comes with a plain-English explanation and what to change.
How accurate are the insights?
The data comes straight from the official Google Ads and GA4 APIs. The checks and scores are fixed rules, not guesses. On paid plans, AI writes the summary and roadmap from what the rules found; the free audit's summary is rule-based, with no AI analysis.
What happens to my data?
It's encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and not used to train AI models. AuditRoger only reads your accounts. Disconnecting in Settings → Integrations deletes the stored access token, and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Pricing and plans

What counts as an audit?
A fresh audit pulls new data from the platform and analyses it again. Opening, filtering, exporting and sharing an audit you've already run doesn't use one.
What does the free plan include?
One scored audit of Google Ads or GA4 (Meta Ads is coming soon) for the life of your account, with its findings and a rule-based summary. AI analysis comes with paid plans. An audit that fails doesn't use it up, and no card is needed.
Is pricing per ad account?
Yes. Each plan covers a set number of ad accounts, and its audits are shared across them.
Do client accounts under a Google Ads manager (MCC) account count?
Yes. Sign in with your manager login and its client accounts are listed to connect. Each account you connect counts toward your plan's account limit; the manager account itself and GA4 properties don't.
What happens when I run out of audits?
Buy a credit pack: each credit is one more fresh audit. Credits you buy never expire, are used after your plan's monthly audits, and need a paid plan to use.
Does the Amazon PPC audit need a plan?
No. Uploading an Amazon search term report works on every signed-in account, the free plan included, and doesn't use audit credits.
Which plans include Roger AI and alerts?
Alerts come with Starter, Agency and Scale, on as many accounts as the plan covers. Roger AI comes with Agency and Scale.

Data and access

Does AuditRoger change my campaigns?
No. It only reads. Google's Ads permission doesn't come in a read-only version, so Google's consent screen mentions managing campaigns, but AuditRoger never makes a change.
How do I stop AuditRoger reading my accounts?
Disconnect the account in Settings → Integrations, which deletes the stored access token. You can also remove AuditRoger from your Google Account or from Facebook's Business integrations.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@auditroger.com from the address on your account. The Data deletion page explains what's removed and how long it takes.
Is my Amazon report stored?
No. The search term report is read for the audit and then discarded.

Meta Ads audit (coming soon)

When can I audit Meta Ads?
As soon as Meta approves AuditRoger's app. Google Ads and GA4 audits are available now.
Will AuditRoger change anything in my ad account?
No. Once Meta Ads audits open, AuditRoger will read campaigns, ad sets, ads and their results. It won't create, edit or pause anything.
How will the Meta score be worked out?
It will start at 100 and lose 12 points for each critical finding and 4 for each warning. Structure, creative, audience, budget and tracking will each get a score of their own as well.
Which role will I need on the ad account?
Any role that lets you see the ad account's results in Meta Business Settings.

GA4 audit

Is GA4 access read-only?
Yes. AuditRoger asks Google for read-only Analytics access, so it can't change your property.
Do I need the GA4 audit to audit Google Ads?
No, you can run either one alone. Run both, though, and the GA4 audit shows whether your Google Ads account is linked and whether ad traffic arrives with campaign names. Your latest GA4 audit of a linked property also feeds the data strength score in that Google Ads account's client reports.

Amazon PPC audit

Why upload a report instead of connecting?
A direct connection needs approval for Amazon's Advertising API. Until then, the search term report has everything this audit needs.
Which report does it read?
The Sponsored Products search term report. It needs the Customer Search Term, Clicks, Spend, Sales and Orders columns, which Amazon includes by default.
What does Beta mean here?
The checks are complete, but the audit has been run on fewer real reports than the Google Ads and GA4 audits. If a report won't read, email it to hello@auditroger.com and we'll fix the parser.

Audit reports

Can a client see a report without an account?
Yes. A share link opens a read-only copy with no sign-in. Audit links expire after 30 days and client report links after 90, and you can revoke either sooner from the report.
What's the difference between an audit and a client report?
An audit checks an account and ranks what to fix. A client report shows a client their results for a period, with cost per lead worked out from the enquiries you've marked genuine.

Roger AI

Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Roger runs on Anthropic's API, and Anthropic doesn't train its models on data sent through the API.
Why doesn't Roger read my live account?
Answers from an audit can be checked against the report they came from. For today's numbers, run a fresh audit and ask again.
