From sign-in to a ranked fix list.
An audit takes one sign-in and a choice of account. Here's what happens next, and what AuditRoger does with your data.
The audit, step by step
- 1
Connect, or upload
Sign in with Google for Google Ads and GA4. For Amazon, upload a search term report. Meta Ads opens once Meta approves our app.
- 2
Set the target (optional)
A pre-flight collects margin, close rate and costs, so the account is graded against what the business can afford.
- 3
The audit runs
More than 50 checks on a Google Ads account, and a set of its own for GA4. It runs on our servers, so you can close the tab.
- 4
Fix what's worth most
The report's action plan ranks each fix by what it's worth, how certain it is and what it costs to make.
After the first report
- 1
Share it
A read-only link for a client or a colleague. It lasts 30 days, and you can revoke it sooner.
- 2
Re-audit
Every later audit is compared with the one before, so you can see what your changes moved.
- 3
Watch it
On plans with alerts, a daily check compares each monitored account's last 7 days with the week before and emails you when spend, costs, conversions, CTR or ROAS move sharply.
What happens to your data
AuditRoger reads what an audit needs, and nothing it can change.
What it does
- Reads campaigns, keywords, ads and results through the platforms' official APIs
- Stores your audits so you can reopen, compare and share them
- Encrypts data in transit and at rest
- Deletes the stored access token when you disconnect
What it never does
- Change, pause or create anything in your ad accounts
- Sell your data, or use it to train AI models
- Keep the Amazon reports you upload
- Send lead contact details to Roger AI
