Client reports and verified leads
Report a client's results with cost per lead worked out from genuine enquiries by default, and choose which enquiry statuses count.
A client report shows a client their Google Ads results for a period (Meta too, once Meta Ads opens). Unlike the platforms, it counts only the leads you've checked.
Mark each enquiry
Each enquiry is marked genuine, duplicate, spam, test or unqualified. By default, cost per lead counts genuine enquiries only, not the platform's conversion count. To count other statuses too, change Which enquiries count in the report's settings.
Enquiries can come from a web form, WhatsApp, phone, email, walk-in, chat or anywhere else, so leads the platforms never see still count.
What's in the report
- Results against the client's targets
- Lead sources and campaigns
- This period against the last one, and budget pacing
- Keywords, devices and locations
- Tracking health: conversions for each conversion action, enabled actions that recorded nothing, and offline conversion imports that are rejected, stuck or stopped
- Data strength, included in new reports: our own score out of 100 from what Google Ads reports and your latest GA4 audit of a linked property. It isn't Google's Data Strength rating, and it leaves out anything it couldn't read
- The analysis, and an appendix listing every enquiry
