When a connection expires

Why a Google or Meta connection stops working, what you'll see on your Dashboard when it expires, and how to reconnect it in Settings.

A connection stops working when Google or Meta withdraws its access token. That happens if someone removes AuditRoger's access, or when the platform expires the token itself.

What you'll see

  • The account shows Expired · Reconnect on your Dashboard.
  • New audits for that account won't start until it's reconnected, so you don't get a report built on no data.
  • Reports you've already run stay available.

Reconnect

Open Settings → Integrations and connect Google or Facebook again with the same account. The warning clears as soon as a working token arrives.
